Gravity is our friend

Rooted Breath: Returning to Your Center
In a world of endless motion, it’s easy to lose track of your center.
The mind runs ahead.
The heart drifts sideways.
The spirit floats upward~until you’re not quite sure where you are anymore.
This is your reminder: come back.
Your center is calling.
The Practice of Rooted Breath
Inhale as if you could drink in the sky.
Exhale as if your breath could sink you deep into the ground.
From Third Eye to Root, drop in.
Feel the pull of gravity as prayer.
With each breath, imagine a quiet thread of light running through your body~linking crown to spine,
spine to soles,
soles to the soil
Visualize roots, cords, or a thread of light anchoring you to the center of the Earth.
Offer something small~your breath, a whisper of gratitude, a strand of hair.
Let this thread continue to draw you inward while connected to the Earth below.
Not to escape the chaotic world, but to stand more firmly in it, a gravitational point, becoming the Eye of the Storm.
The Steady Rhythm Beneath You
When life pulls you in a hundred directions, your center is not lost.
It waits patiently~beneath the noise, beneath the shifting moods, beneath the stories you tell yourself. The more you find that anchored self, the more the cells of your body remembers this feeling.
Beneath your feet is the steady, unshakable rhythm of Earth herself.
You are not separate from it.
Your center has never left you.
It waits, always, for your return.
Within ~Sacred Currents~, we dive deeper into not only the importance of Anchoring, also the practice in its fullness (alongside 2 other essentials) when working in energetic realms/healing spaces. If this interests you, book a curiosity call and we can see if ~Sacred Currents~ would be a good fit for you.
