My Story
I am Kat, founder of the Re~Divine Method.
For more than seventeen years, my life has been shaped by ceremony, ancestral remembrance, and elemental practice ~ paths that strip away illusion and return us to truth.
I have walked the Revolutionary Journey through shadow and initiation, through the breaking of inherited cycles, through the surrender of endless seeking. I know the ache of forgetting. I know the power of remembering.
My work is rooted in deep reverence for nature’s intelligence and the body’s innate knowing. While my path has included formal training and ceremonial lineages, this work extends beyond any single tradition or medicine.
It is grounded in the Elements themselves ~ in rhythm, breath, ritual, and the soul’s original blueprint.
