When Illusions Shatter: Pisces Knowing, Virgo Repair

We are living in a time when the world feels like it is on fire.

Fear moves fast. Narratives multiply. The lines between what is real and what is engineered have never felt blurrier.

And still, there is something I feel in my bones.

The Divine is on the side for peace! How long that takes, and the extreme polarity we have to go through to get there, may be up to us.

When the sky has a lot to say, I treat it like a mirror in the sense it can show us alot of truth. Just like you have a birth chart, a snapshot of the sky at the moment you arrived earth-side, we can also read major celestial events as a sort of collective weather. Not to outsource our authority, but to listen for what is being seeded, what is being revealed, and what is asking to be met with courage.

This week’s portal is a conversation between two archetypes: Pisces and Virgo. Two ways of knowing. Two ways of serving. Two different kinds of truth.

When illusions shatter, Pisces offers a different kind of knowing: the quiet, bone-deep truth you feel before you can prove it. Virgo meets that truth on the ground, asking what is actually workable, what is actually clean, and what needs repair. When they find center, they move us from fog into discernment, from overwhelm into right-relatioship action, and from self-sacrifice into service that does not abandon the body.

Pisces and Virgo: the mystic and the healer

Pisces is the last sign of the zodiac. It lives at the threshold. Endings, death, rebirth. The place where the old story dissolves and you cannot quite tell what is next.

Pisces asks for psychic knowing. Not the kind that needs proof. The kind you feel in every cell of your body.

One of my favorite lines about Pisces says it like this:

“The world is not an objective reality but an illusion that has great plasticity. Pisces earns tremendous freedom when it recognizes that consciousness itself is the only reality we can ever contact.” — LUNA

Pisces brings the gift of liberation: the ability to loosen the grip of old stories and remember that reality is more mysterious, more fluid, than the mind wants to admit. But Pisces also carries a shadow. When the world feels harsh, it can reach for escape. The work is staying present inside the mystery without floating away from what is real.

Virgo meets that same mystery through the ground of the everyday. Virgo is the one who notices what is not working and wants to make it right. It refines. It organizes. It repairs. At its highest octave, Virgo’s gift is discernment: the devotion to what is practical, functional, and true. But Virgo also has a shadow. Service can quietly turn into self-sacrifice disguised as virtue. Virgo’s deeper work is learning the difference between clean service and martyrdom.

Bridge: from archetype to eclipse (why this matters right now)

Here is why I start with archetype before I talk about the “event.” Eclipses are not just astronomical. They are emotional. Somatic. They land in the psyche like a bell rung through the bones.

When the collective field is flooded with seriously scattered noise, Pisces reminds us that truth is not always loud. And when the collective field is flooded with illusion, Virgo reminds us that truth can be measured by what it produces: clarity, repair, steadiness, clean boundaries, and a life that works.

That is the wisdom of this portal. Not more information. Not more outrage. Not more spiritual performance. Just clear sight, clean service, and devotion that does not abandon the body, the mind or the REAL.

Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Virgo (Sun in Pisces)

In the early morning of Tuesday, March 3, 2026, we move through a Full Moon lunar eclipse in Virgo with the Sun in Pisces.

A “Blood Moon” is simply a nickname for a total lunar eclipse, when the moon can appear reddish during totality.

Eclipse windows tend to do a few things:

They intensify what is already in motion.
They reveal what has been concealed.
They disrupt false stability.
They accelerate decisions we have been postponing.

So yes, the world may feel louder.

But the invitation here is not panic.

It is discernment.

Mercury, Mars, Venus: the message, the action, the desire

This is a Virgo eclipse, and Virgo is traditionally Mercury-led.

When Mercury is retrograde (and especially when it is moving through Pisces territory), it can feel like we are being asked to rethink the story, re-hear the signal, re-check the “facts,” and return to what we know underneath the bull-shit.

Meanwhile, with Mars and Venus in Pisces, I feel the reminder that not everything needs a strategy.

Some things need an honest listening.

Some things need prayer.

Some things need to be stopped.

And with Saturn and Neptune so close together at the beginning of Aries, there is still a collective threshold feeling: structures dissolving, illusions shattering, old rigid ways breaking down to reveal what has been operating behind the curtain.

The Maiden archetype (and the sacred feminine question I cannot ignore)

I keep circling a question I do not have a neat answer for: Why is Virgo the only “female” archetype in the zodiac, and why is she depicted as the Maiden? I do not offer this as a final answer. I offer it as a live inquiry.

Because inside patriarchal conditioning, the Maiden archetype can get distorted. “Virgin” becomes “pure.” “Pure” becomes “untouched.” “Untouched” becomes “valuable.” And suddenly the feminine is pressured to remain youthful, pleasing, and consumable.

But what if the Maiden is not an object? What if the Maiden is a threshold keeper? What if Virgo is here to undo the pattern of self-sacrifice and replace it with something cleaner: service without self-erasure, devotion without performance, care without collapse, discernment without cruelty.

When Virgo is healthy, it is not martyr energy. It is an antidote. And if there is anything being exposed right now in the collective, it is the cost of systems built on exploitation, secrecy, and extraction.

It is impossible to write in this moment without holding the reality of war. As tensions with Iran escalate and the threat of wider conflict hangs in the air, I want to speak carefully and humanly: no matter what headlines you follow, it is ordinary people who pay first. Families. People. Real People. Futures.

And in regions where religious rule and political power have been braided together for generations, the control of the feminine has so often been used as a battleground. I won't pretend to know or have any degree of what they go through, because I don't. What is known is the regulation of women’s bodies. The policing of hair, voice, movement, desire. It seems to be a punishment for freedom. These also seem to not be separate from “holy wars.” They are possibly one of the oldest front lines of them.

So when I say the sacred female power is rising, I do not mean an aesthetic. I mean a deep refusal of domination. I mean the end of self-erasure, personally and collectively. This eclipse feels like a pressure point, a place where the sacred power rises in each of us and says: no more. Not as rage for its own sake, but as truth, as boundary, as repair.

February’s Mars–Uranus square (the “trigger” feeling)

We have also moved through, and continue to move through, a volatile stretch of sky.

Around February 27, 2026, there was high-energy Mars–Uranus square, that tends to correlate with sudden disruptions, impulsive moves, and a strong need for freedom.

If you feel edgy, restless, or like something has to change now, it may not mean you are broken.

It may mean your nervous system is registering that a false structure is no longer sustainable. This is very “in your face” right now with what is going on in the world.

What this portal is asking of us

Here is what I feel this eclipse is asking:

Trust your intuition, but verify with discernment.
Refuse the spell of collective fear. Fear is not the same thing as truth.
Choose clean service. Help where you can without abandoning yourself.
Let illusions shatter without rushing to replace them with a new fantasy.
Return to what is real: breath, body, land, relationship, integrity.

How to work with it (an invitation to embodiment)

We do not need more hot takes right now. We need embodied people. Not perfect people. Not people who have it all figured out. People who are willing to come back into the body, tell the truth, and let actions match what they say they believe.

If you do one thing under this Virgo–Pisces eclipse window, let it be this: return to what is real.

Come back to your breath and ask: What is true right now, in my body?
Notice where you are consuming more than your nervous system can metabolize, and choose one clean reduction.
Do one small act of Virgo repair that grounds you in agency: clear one surface, pay one bill, fix one lingering loose end.
Practice one boundary that protects your energy without over-explaining.
Make a simple devotion (a candle, a prayer, a quiet offering) and ask to be shown what is real.
Let grief be present if it is present. Let Pisces dissolve what needs dissolving, while Virgo holds the container.
Choose service that is sustainable, so your “yes” does not become resentful depletion.

Personal note

As I complete my book The Healing Loop (which truly has taken me for a loop), I keep thinking about our relationship with transition.

So many of us were never given real rites of passage. Earth-wise containers. Skills for crossing thresholds. So when life cracks us open, we reach for a method. A teacher. A ceremony. A framework to hold the missing ground.

And yes, that is a real need.

But it is also an invitation:

It is time to reclaim ritual.

It is time to reclaim relationship with ourselves.

It is time to reclaim the way we move through endings and beginnings without abandoning our bodies.
